Kelly L. Czajka joined Edelstein Law as an associate in 2008, and focuses her practice on representing individuals who sustained injuries in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, product liability cases, work-related accidents, and medical and dental malpractice cases. Ms. Czajka is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Ms. Czajka served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Eva Colalillo, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Camden County, New Jersey. Ms. Czajka earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with Minors in Marketing and Law and Justice from The College of New Jersey and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Czajka interned with the Camden County Prosecutor’s office and a Philadelphia Personal Injury Firm.
Ms. Czajka currently resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with her fiancé George. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and in her spare time volunteers as a National Officer for her Sorority Zeta Tau Alpha and support the Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation in its philanthropic endeavors for Breast Cancer Education and Awareness and Women Empowerment.
